We are seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join our team and support our growing organisation. This role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, process setting, process improvement, and various HR operations to ensure a seamless and efficient employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
Onboarding
Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Prepare and process all necessary documentation for new employees, including contracts, policies, and benefits enrollment.
Provide continuous support to new hires during their initial period with the company.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies across all branches.
Process Setting and Improvement
Develop, implement, and refine HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular reviews of HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement and Development
Organise and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Assist in the creation and implementation of training and development programs.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage HR operations across multiple countries.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the tech or consulting industry.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
