What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with other developers and teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Experience Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Additional certifications are a plus.

Experience required:
Development using Genexus tool: Experience in designing and maintaining applications using this platform, with a focus on optimization and scalability.
Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL): Ability to model, manage, and optimize relational databases, ensuring high performance and availability.
Knowledge of development and testing methodologies: Familiarity with agile and traditional methodologies, applying best practices in development and quality assurance.
Implementation of web services (Rest): Experience in developing and integrating Restful APIs for system communication.
Configuration and management of software execution environments: Knowledge in administering application servers (Tomcat) and databases, ensuring stability and security of environments.
Incident management tools: Use of tools such as Jira for task tracking and incident resolution (not mandatory).
Knowledge in Java: Familiarity with application development using this language, with the ability to adapt to new projects and technologies.
Cloud Development: Basic knowledge in developing and deploying solutions in modern environments, focused on efficiency and adaptability.
Additional knowledge: While not mandatory, experience in Node.js and/or Angular for developing modern interfaces and applications is valued. Additionally, knowledge of development using Spring Boot is appreciated.
English: Ability to read technical documentation and communicate at an intermediate level.
