The Leadership, Operations and Enablement team is an innovative team supporting our colleagues and leaders across Global Consumer Servicing & Fulfillment (GCSF) and Commercial Merchant Services (CMS) servicing organizations in the US. Reporting to the PAG Leader, you will be delivering Customer First and Colleague First strategic initiatives to drive performance across key attendance and performance metrics.
This analyst position will be responsible for the timely review and reporting of control management errors and procedures such as MR RBST, RBST, PBST and Conduct Risk for CEN NA. This analyst will be responsible for providing CCP refreshers on how to service our customers compliantly. Since collaboration is essential to team success, this analyst will join other members of the team on reports aim as driving results to the desired outcome.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Monitor absence levels, identify trends, and create standardized reporting and insights to enable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Provide compliance input, review, and approval of procedures and training collateral created for distribution across various servicing and marketing channels.
- Identify areas of opportunity related to consistency among lines of business and programs.
- Support new initiatives and determine risk and compliance impacts.
- Demonstrate and maintain proficient knowledge of banking rules; ability to apply regulatory knowledge to operations and services
- Demonstrate the ability to drive results to the desired outcome.
- Able to interpret data from multiple sources (MIS, data/reports, Bradford scores, etc.) and translate into trend information and practical action plans.
- Support audit, compliance testing, and regulatory exams as necessary
- Provide guidance and compliance consultation to business partners on projects and initiatives; interface effectively to ensure proper communication and collaboration across organizational lines
- In-depth knowledge of current absence trends in the US.
- Confidentiality to all reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel is a must.
- Familiar with AMEX policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and cross functional projects with varying and demanding deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with proven problem- solving skills.
- Familiarity with US Banking regulations.
- Operational knowledge of CEN and CMBS.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across multiple teams.
- Ability to research and assess regulatory impact to business systems, processes and initiatives.
- Ability to support decisions appropriately and influence others to achieve desired results.
- Persistence in conducting root-cause analysis and excellent attention to detail while keeping broader issues/objectives. in mind; ability to develop recommendations for practical solutions to compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Compliance, audit, legal experience or equivalent work experience a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.65 hourly + bonus + benefits
