The Strategy and Integration team enables Banking Servicing Network (BSN) under Commercial & Merchant Services to deliver superior service to our customers, by delivering efficient and effective servicing strategies, large scale business transformation, first class change management, and proactive risk mitigation.

The Strategy and Integration team supports the US Banking Servicing Network, defining servicing strategies and executing on high-impact projects. Banking Servicing Integration is a project enablement function that works with all BSN teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams across GSG and GCS (Product Owners, Banking, GCS, Compliance, GSLN, Technologies, etc). We deliver superior service to our customers, by delivering efficient and effective servicing strategies, large scale business transformation, first class change management, and proactive risk mitigation.

The successful candidate will provide support for project-based work, leading a portfolio of projects and initiatives.  The analyst will support Banking Operations in planning and project delivery, working with key stakeholders to focus on customer experiences and optimizing existing and new processes. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of frontline servicing processes and systems, is able to structure a project to meet tight deadlines and develop point of arrival processes and policies.

The successful candidate will execute on clear project deliverables, collaborate across multiple GSG functions to ensure the needs of CCPs and Customers are met.  Collaboration with other business units is essential to identify policy and procedural changes required to implement functional transitions or enhancements. You will be a GSG representative for BSN on wide-ranging projects, assisting in formulating and recommending operational issues, and feeding into thought leadership activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading initiatives / projects required
  • Demonstratable success with mapping, challenging and improving existing processes
  • Able to build relationships to drive results and influence without authority
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to drive results and handle multiple tasks & workstreams concurrently
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach to problem solving
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to manage time effectively to ensure timelines are met & work volumes managed
  • Team Player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in GSG Operations or Banking
  • Previous People Leadership preferred

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
