He/She will also ensure that Squad members are empowered with the necessary time, resources, and
tools to deliver. The incumbent will drive disciplined Transformation Squad cadence and enable the rapid
scaling of successful solutions across countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The holder of this role will work with the Group Lead Regional Transformation together with the Group Transformation Office to:

Agile Governance & Operating Model
• Design and maintain a scalable agile framework fit for Group’s Transformation Squads
including but not limited to sprint cycles, backlog management, and stand-up routines.
• Own and continuously enhance the Transformation Squad toolkit, notably methodology guides
and reporting templates to ensure relevance, consistency and impact.
• Drive discipline in delivery by embedding clear performance metrics (velocity, adoption, impact)
into weekly sprint reviews and leadership routines.
• Ensure Squad governance is consistent across countries, with real-time visibility on progress,
blockers, and results.
• Engage with affiliates’ leadership to ensure local transformation needs are captured by Squads.

Squad Deployment & Coordination
• Lead cross-affiliate coordination of Transformation Squads, ensuring prioritisation reflects
Group strategy and local needs.
• Balance local problem-solving with group-wide delivery by monitoring scope and aligning with
Chapter Leads.
• Avoid duplication by spotting overlaps early and encouraging inter-squad collaboration on
shared themes.
• Manage Squad composition and rotations, ensuring that the right talent is deployed.
• Act as liaison with MDs and key local sponsors to ensure Squad deployment is endorsed,
empowered and supported at the top.

Coaching & Squad Enablement
• Build squad capability through hands-on coaching and continuous learning, especially for
members new to agile delivery and stakeholder management.
• Promote consistent squad practices across affiliates, boosting delivery confidence and team
autonomy.
• Foster a culture of practical delivery by embedding outcome-driven behaviours and ways of
thinking that drive lasting change.
• Strengthen delivery capacity by reinforcing agile coaching at ground level.
• Equip affiliate leaders with basic agile fluency to effectively sponsor squad missions and
remove roadblocks.

Knowledge Sharing & Scaling
• Facilitate regular inter-Squad learning and knowledge-sharing sessions on what’s working,
what’s not, and success replication.
• Create structured pathways for scaling impactful solutions across affiliates, minimizing
duplication and promoting reuse.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop from Squads to the Regional Transformation Office to
refine execution models, frameworks, processes, and ways of working.
• Ensure transformation remains locally tailored yet aligned with the Group’s overarching vision.

JOB PROFILE

Qualifications
• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® or Agile Project and Delivery
Management Certification.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.

Profile Sought
• Proven track record (minimum 10 years) leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation
programmes in a complex, multi-country environment.
• Mastery of agile methodologies and their application in non-tech, operational contexts,
particularly within financial services or emerging markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage ambiguity, and drive execution
without direct authority across multiple stakeholder layers.
• Prior experience coaching diverse teams in agile delivery, ideally within a transformation
office or high-impact change programme.

Skills & Personal Attributes
• Capacity to balance local nuance with group objectives and manage cross-border delivery
dynamics.
• Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and product
lifecycle thinking adapted to transformation contexts.
• Ability to align country Managing Directors and managers around transformation imperatives.
• Rigorous project oversight capabilities, comfort with dashboards and metrics, and a relentless
focus on rapid delivery with measurable outcomes.
