FXE-MEISA: Clearance Operations SupervisorPosition Summary:
What will you do:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities within the Clearance & Brokerage Operations team to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
- Oversee Brokerage Administration Services and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the Clearance Customer Service function, maintaining high service levels and client satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor Cage Handling operations, ensuring security, accuracy, and adherence to established protocols.
- Support the Operations Manager by taking on supervisory responsibilities, including delegation, performance tracking, and staff mentoring.
- Ensure all team procedures are consistently followed, updated as needed, and aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.
- Utilize strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative, productive, and motivated team environment.
- Apply effective problem-solving skills to quickly identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Leverage planning and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure the integrity of operational outputs.

- Have relevant experience atleast for 8 to 10 years with customs clearance experience.
- G Card Holder.
- Team Handling experience for atleast 1 year.
- Knowledge on Customs Regulatory.
- Good Analytical Skills.
