Responsibilities:
Broad-Based Exposure
- Support product management, marketing initiatives, new product launches, digital platform enhancements and strategic projects such as organization of seminars.
- Attend internal meetings with insurance partners and key stakeholders to gain practical insights into industry practices, partnership management, and market strategies.
- Assist in project execution and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and business efficiency.
Campaign and Sales Support
- Help coordinate marketing promotions and sales campaigns across different customer segments.
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare and organize training materials, internal communications and updates.
Operational and Process Management
- Support the preparation and maintenance of documentation for operational workflows across various business processes.
- Assist with servicing agent code management, customer referral tracking, and policy servicing activities.
Data and Analytical Work
- Perform data collation, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Interpret business data sets to generate insights and support decision-making for projects and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in any discipline (Business, Finance, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate datasets logically and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to execute tasks independently and meticulously.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities when given ownership of tasks.
- Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain practical exposure to Bancassurance operations, product management, and strategic initiatives within a leading financial institution.
- Develop a strong understanding of the interplay between banking, insurance products, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance.
- Be briefed and trained on essential banking protocols, including banking secrecy, PDPA, and confidentiality standards, which are foundational knowledge for any aspiring banker.
- Build professional skills in project management, campaign coordination, and data analysis.
- Develop an understanding of how different functions within Wealth Management and Consumer Banking work together to deliver integrated solutions.
