As a Data Insights Analyst within our Data Democratisation programme, you are a proficient, hands-on professional who applies your analytical skills to investigate well-defined business problems. This role is for a curious and collaborative individual who is passionate about finding the "why" in the data.

Working as part of an Agile squad, you will take on user stories that require deep, exploratory analysis. You will use a versatile toolkit including Tableau, BigQuery, Python, and R to delve into our rich data landscape, delivering clear, data-backed answers that help your stakeholders make better, more informed decisions and drive company growth and customer success.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Proficient SQL: The ability to write SQL queries to join, filter, and aggregate data.
• Good working knowledge of Tableau for data exploration, visualisation, and rapid analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one analytical programming language (Python or R) and its associated data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, dplyr).
• Experience working within an Agile framework and using project management tools like Jira to manage your work and track progress.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Clear examples of how you have used data to approach a problem, even in an academic setting.

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

• Experience with BigQuery is highly advantageous
• Ability to explain a technical concept or the results of an analysis to a non-technical audience.
