Junior PPC Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Junior PPC manager who is ready to join us for a full-time position and help achieve the company's main goal by driving paid traffic through Google, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.

About you:

• 1+ year with paid traffic in an agency or product company (Junior PPC/SEM/UAM)
• Basic knowledge of Google/Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign data
• Clear understanding of CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL
• Experience optimizing for CPA, CPC, CTR
• Confident in Excel or Google Sheets
• Proactive, with creative thinking, comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Familiarity with GA4
• Solid copywriting and editing abilities
• Open to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in our Kyiv office

• Experience with Tiktok/GTM/Bing Ads
• Google Skills hop certifications for Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search, GDN, Video)
• Background in data analysis or in-depth research
• Passion for SM platforms like YouTube, Fb, Twitter, Instagram, and a strong interest in marketing trends

Your Tasks:

• Manage budgets across Paid Search, Display, YouTube, and more
• Grow paid marketing skills with support from experienced mentors
  
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google, Meta, and Bing Ads
• Track and report performance using GA and GTM
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights for optimization
• Maintain key metrics across all paid channels
• Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and spending strategies
• Optimize user flows to boost conversion and UX
• Work with copywriters and designers to deliver campaign assets
