Senior Creative Designer - TikTok LIVE（MENAT）

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Creative Designer to join the TikTok LIVE design team in our office in Dubai. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse team of operation managers and designers worldwide to enhance TikTok LIVE's visual and operational impact in the EU region.

You need to:
1.Collaborate with the central design team to create, define, and maintain a comprehensive style guide for TikTok LIVE in the MENA region.
2.Lead the conceptualization and execution of graphic design assets for MENAT TikTok LIVE, predominantly illustrations in 3D and 2D style, promotion campaigns, LIVE stickers, physical swag, LIVE creator education materials, and new product feature launch materials.
3.Work closely with local operation teams and design teams around the world to align strategies, generate graphic design concepts, and create high-quality visual assets.
4.Develop innovative design strategies and concepts that enhance user engagement while thoughtfully addressing and incorporating the cultural nuances and preferences of diverse audiences across different MENAT countries.
5.Conduct research and analysis on design trends, latest AI design tools and techniques and user preferences to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge and audience-appropriate designs.
6.Oversee the end-to-end design workflow, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining high-quality standards.
7.Proof-check and review your work rigorously to ensure accuracy, with a strong focus on details.
