About Us
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok & Tokopedia business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.
We are looking for a skilled Partnership Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with the agency. He/she will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term relationships with agencies by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be apt in (1) Primary point of contact for the agencies (2) building strong relationships with agencies seniors and planners. (3) Develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate deals. He/she need to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Agency Relationship Management & Business Development
- Establish and manage relationships with advertising agencies, including independent agencies
- Drive deals to closure; Retain and grow revenue from agencies
- Provide agencies with the highest level of sales and customer service
- Focus on Training, Onboarding, Activation of agency teams to unlock growth, uncover briefs; skews auctions
- Work with Creative and Influencer/MCN agencies to establish areas of agency-collaboration that improves overall outcomes for TikTok
- Collaborate with internal teams locally and globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales.
2. Product Management
- Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok's products to deliver measurable results for clients
- Serve as an external product consultant on properties that are owned and operated by TikTok
- Analyze data and glean insights to execute the agency strategy and TikTok’s marketing solutions.
