We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to take on a critical mission: building a new engineering team from the ground up. As the strategic force behind this effort, you will do more than just recruit - you will shape the future of our R&D organization by finding the brilliant minds who will build TikTok's next generation of technology. Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for highly specialized engineering roles within core algorithm domains.
- Develop a profound understanding of our global R&D organization by partnering with key stakeholders across both English and Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Architect and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify and attract elite, hard-to-find talent from niche pools.
- Masterfully manage the entire candidate journey, from initial engagement and qualification through complex compensation negotiations to secure top-tier hires.
- Champion an unparalleled, high-touch experience that ensures every candidate is treated with respect and feels connected to our brand.
- Act as a culture ambassador by embodying and evangelizing the TikTok engineering culture, empowering interviewers to be compelling brand champions.
- Leverage talent market data and internal analytics to deliver actionable insights, influence key stakeholders, and continuously optimize recruiting strategies.
