Clarendale at Indian Lake is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, local appointments, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled. This is a Full Time Position mainly for Monday through Friday, day-time hours (i.e. 8am to 4pm) but schedule may be flexible.  

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required
• Have a Clean MVR Record
• Pass Drug Screen, TB Skin Test, and background check with an MVR Check

Experienced Drivers can expect a pay range of $18/hr to $20/hr pending experience of driver.

We offer $1000 sign on bonus paid out quarterly ($250 each quarter) and stay bonuses for each year as an employee.
