The key responsibilities of this role will include:

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Solid understanding of IFRS standards, with hands-on experience in IFRS implementation or transition projects• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Audit, Financial Reporting, Accounting, or similar fields• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline• Enrollment in or completion of ACCA, ACA, IESOEL, or METKEL programs is highly desirable• Familiarity with finance systems (ERPs, BI tools) is considered an asset• A proven track record of working with multiple clients and delivering high-quality outputs• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data• Experience working in teams of qualified professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards
• A customer centric approach to finance and business operations
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Ability to gather and correlate correct date
• Experience in a multinational company or public accounting firm
