What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and govern the Fund’s operational risk framework and documentation in alignment with CPS 230.

- Oversee the GRC system (RADAR), including vendor management, system strategy, and data integrity for reporting.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and automated risk reporting to senior leadership.
- Lead initiatives that enhance risk culture and resolve systemic issues.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and accountability, keeping senior stakeholders well-informed.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, commercial environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and drive transparency.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, and a collaborative style that focuses on delivering solutions.
- Extensive experience in operational risk, ideally within financial services or other highly regulated sectors.
- Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks, with preferred qualifications in Risk and Audit.
