The role involves end-to-end ownership of HR data operations, automation, and reporting to ensure system accuracy, process efficiency, and strategic insight generation. A key responsibility is automating data uploads to the SuccessFactors platform to maintain real-time availability and integrity of HR information. The candidate will be expected to build validated data pipelines that support consistent and reliable inputs for external benchmarking surveys, while implementing rule-based checks and automated alerts to uphold the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Talent Profile (TP) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) datasets. Routine communications such as survey reminders, data submission follow-ups, and certificate completion alerts will be streamlined using Excel and Outlook macros. Additionally, the role includes developing a survey delegation mechanism that empowers managers to assign surveys to relevant team members, thereby enhancing feedback quality and participation rates. The candidate will also automate the preparation of VP/AVP OMR presentations by collecting performance data from Excel, databases, and HR systems, and using macros/VBA to auto-populate PowerPoint templates with validated data. Regular reconciliation of educational and employment details captured during pre-onboarding with Fusion HCM and KLEETO records is essential to ensure data consistency and compliance across systems. The role demands meticulous data analysis to generate actionable insights for leadership and support internal and external surveys such as Great Place to Work, Happiness Survey, ICSS Survey, and VP/AVP OMR. A strong focus on driving a data-driven culture is expected, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation. Furthermore, the candidate will provide a consolidated view of all HR operations process performance to leadership and prepare monthly metrics dashboards across key HR functions including onboarding, background verification, leave management, query management, audit, payroll, L&OD operations, offboarding, compliance, Fusion HCM, and process automations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, reporting, and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including macros/VBA), PowerPoint, and HR systems (Fusion HCM, SuccessFactors).
- Experience with data validation, survey tools, and automation of communication workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
