Job Duties:

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Answer incoming calls to the Safety Department, handling calls as applicable (events, complaints, citations/inspection and employee injuries) and triaging all others to the appropriate inter-department personnel. Pull and review Lytx video on all event calls taken
Entering estimates into claims system
Review and respond accordingly to all work-related emails
Follow up on all pending matters as necessary in a timely manner
Any other duties deemed necessary by the Claims Manager
