As our MEA Partner Development Manager, you will be uniquely positioned to shape Microsoft’s partner strategy across the Middle East and Africa region, driving innovation, growth, and transformation in one of the most vibrant regions in the world. You’ll leverage your strategic planning skills as you craft and execute a comprehensive partner business plan that delivers on key sales KPIs, with a clear focus on strategic and growth accounts, monthly revenue acceleration, and enterprise customer acquisition.
You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling partner success by maximising the use of Microsoft’s programmes and investments. This includes leveraging partner unique solutions and capabilities to complement our Infra, Gen AI, Copilot, Security, and Data & AI - delivering customers’ measurable ROI. Your work will directly contribute to strategic customer wins, new partner-built solutions, and the attainment of Partner Impact Numbers (PIN) across multiple solution areas.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with Microsoft’s Account Technical Unit (ATU) and Specialist Technical Unit (STU) teams, as well as global ISV counterparts, to foster trusted relationships and drive joint success. With at least 75% of your time spent engaging directly with partners, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping partner skilling habits, promoting continuous learning, and cultivating a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities
This role involves a high level of stakeholder engagement and relationship building, as you foster trust between Global ISVs and Microsoft across the region. Responsibilities include:
- Achieve PIN attainment across priority solution areas including Infrastructure, Security, and Data & AI.
- Accelerate strategic customer wins by supporting partners through the full sales cycle on Microsoft Azure, and Azure Marketplace.
- Expand partner sales on Microsoft Infrastructure by enabling net new build-with capabilities, solutions, and practices aligned to market needs.
- Maximise investment utilisation across programmes such as Azure Innovate, and Factory to deliver measurable ROI.
- Strengthen collaboration with Microsoft ATU & STU teams and global ISV counterparts to foster trusted, high-impact relationships.
- Facilitate regular and predictable business rhythms with partners, coaching on sales blockers and competitive scenarios to drive pipeline and deal progression.
- Design and execute strategic plans, applying agility and insight to address forecast gaps and exceed performance targets across Marketplace billed sales and Partner Reported Azure Consumed Revenues.
- Champion partner skilling as a growth driver, promoting continuous learning and capability development through Microsoft’s skilling platforms and resources.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative individual who thrives in complex, multicultural environments and can influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive background in solution sales, with an ability to navigate complex customer and partner engagements.
- Solid technical foundation in cloud technologies, with recognised proficiency in Azure and Cloud related certifications.
- In-depth understanding of the Cloud and AI landscape across the Middle East and Africa, including regional market dynamics.
- Regular interaction, and influencing, of executive-level individuals within external organisations.
