What’s the role?

As a Tech Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of your team while remaining hands-on with code. 

Key Responsibilities

• Driving individual contributions and leading improvements in codebase quality.
• Planning and prioritizing work by breaking down complex tasks into clear, actionable items.
• Tracking progress on team commitments and providing regular status updates.
• Coordinating engineering efforts, overseeing the work of others, and helping remove blockers.
• Contributing to innovation—especially as we roll out our custom internal AI agent.

What do I need?

• Full Stack experience as a Tech Lead with a strong focus on back-end tools and technologies.
• Strong hands-on development experience and a passion for clean, scalable code.
• Backend expertise in Java, C#, and Spring Boot.
• Frontend experience with React.js and Next.js (desirable).
• Solid understanding of domain-driven design and scalable architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and TeamCity.
• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
