The Brand and Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing brand and trade marketing strategies to enhance Knauf’s market presence and drive customer engagement across Greece and Cyprus. The position requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collect and analyze customer and market insights specific to the construction and building materials industry, identifying trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Lead as a brand owner by designing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency to all touchpoints.
- Design and execute a data-driven digital media strategy, leveraging platforms such as social media, search engines, and construction-focused digital channels to maximize online reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing plans and alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee the management of a substantial marketing budget, focusing on maximizing ROI through strategic prioritization of high-value initiatives and contributing to precise sales forecasting for Knauf's product lines.
- Collaborate with external agencies to craft integrated and comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are tailored to the unique requirements of the construction market and delivered within set timelines.
- Analyze product performance, gather market feedback, and assess customer satisfaction to generate actionable insights and present strategic recommendations that enhance Knauf's market presence and drive growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in brand communications, either in-house or within a creative/advertising agency.
- Proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns — including employer brand and CSR efforts.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to manage high-impact, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English language, both written and oral skills
