Responsibilities
職責
The candidate will be experienced in providing outstanding services in support of Technology, proactively leading, monitoring and managing onsite account activities. Effective in managing direct and indirect reports, you will guide individuals to support onsite Technology activities requirements. Authenticity and a genuine desire to deliver professional, value-focused services exceeding Client expectations will drive your success.
This position is expected to spend 50% performing duties for a specific account, and the remaining 50% executing tasks for all of account in WDA Japan as HQ function.
*50% as HQ function means transition support data management especially expects IT sales and implementation support in Sustainability position.
Operational Management
IT Technology:
- Lead in set up JLL Technology for account team
- Lead process utilise Technology, improvement initiatives for the client to use
- Educate account team and client for efficient way of use
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity are maintained in the system
- Track and monitor utilization of technology
- Leading Maintenance, upgrade for technology
- Support to get accurate data
Sustainability/Energy
- Work with the Sustainability and Energy Platform Team will review and validate utility invoices, energy consumption records, budget and provide reports and recommendations and ensure that all supporting data, information and documents are maintained as set-out in Energy and Utility Management
- Set up for account team to utilize Sustainability/Energy System/Technology
System and Control
- Address all quality, delivery and performance issues with users and
- ;
- Analyzing and reporting of help desk activities through the system
- Be open about possible risk, and implement measures to tackle all
unnecessary risk.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations to
recommend revisions to existing practices, as well as maximizing
efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction and statutory compliance
- Maintain a high level of knowledge relating to local vendor competence
and competitive marketing conditions as they relate to requirements of
client
- Manage QBR with site team
Administrative
- Support to generate technology report
- Review and update operation manual for system
- Submit administrative reports as requested.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by JLL WDA HQ team
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Experience
- At least 5 – 8 years of relevant working experience in technology
- Knowledge of JLL technology & products
- Possess excelent IT skills
- Proficient in MS Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
