1. New launch program (Process design, preparation and launch)

2. Variant / design change program (Process design, preparation and launch)

3. Process improvement (SQCDM) including lauout and work / parts flow

4. Manage maintenance team to ensure safe prodution

5. Enhance 5S / OS improvement activity with PRD team and others

6. Documents / procedures align with ISO9001
