About the Role

Join BDO's Sustainability Consulting team as an Undergraduate in January 2026, based in our Brisbane office.

As an Undergraduate you’ll see firsthand how our Sustainability team assist our clients with their sustainability goals through climate risk and scenario analysis, sustainability reporting, sustainability and decarbonisation strategy and nature-related financial impact and dependency analysis. 

This will vary day to day and can include working closely with the team on climate risk assessments, processing outputs from stakeholder interviews, surveys and workshops, benchmarking activities, and attending both virtual and in person client meetings. Opportunity to collaborate with a variety of service lines in relation to different projects with a sustainability lens.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Undergraduate Program, you must be:

  • Studying towards a relevant degree! There is no degree discipline requirement for our sustainability team, but you will need to have a passion for sustainability and an inquisitive mind!

  • Available to start in January 2026.
