Flexmodus Sdn Bhd is a full turnkey contract manufacturer since 2007. Our facilities located at Selangor and Melaka. We provide solution from Cable Harness – Electro-Mechanical module assembly- Panel & Box build assembly and System Integration.

 

Our strong support business partner from PCBA, sheet metal and precision engineering, we complete our solution as preferable and reliable contract manufacturer.Our Supply-Chain-Management (SCM) team extended the services to Inventory Management , KANBAN, Full Kitting and Consignment Services to all our customers. Our business models are focus to HI Mix – Low to Medium volume orders.

 

Monitor, coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments through the following actions:- 
# Develop, maintain and improve existing MRP system. Constantly propose or suggest actions to minimize any flaws in existing planning workflow. 
# Interacting with shop floor management on daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Operation, Customer Service, Supply Chain & QAQC team. 
# Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation. 
# Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization. 
# Co-ordinate material readiness with Supply Chain team. 
# Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory. 
# Prepare data analysis and make decision to support raw material supply and finished goods demand. 
# Maintain documented information, i.e.production schedule, Materials demand reports, etc. as necessary. 
# Additional task relevant to planning of Flexmodus Sdn Bhd as and when instructed by Planning Manager.
