What are we looking for?

Advanced Dental Center is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant & Clinical Lead who is a highly skilled Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) with a strong background in management. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can efficiently direct schedules, manage workflow, control inventory and invoicing and train team members with confidence and clarity. Organization is key, as this role requires handling ordering processes and ensuring the clinical team operates smoothly. We value someone who is proactive, brings fresh ideas to a growing practice, and fosters a team-oriented environment.
