As an experienced Affiliate/Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships in one of our key global regions. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to our overall expansion strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, manage, and scale affiliate partnerships, particularly within the trading and financial education sectors.
  •  Demonstrate a proven track record of leveraging KOL (Key Opinion Leader) networks and industry relationships to drive growth and strategic collaborations.
  •  Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, potential partners, and emerging opportunities in target markets.
  •  Analyze competitive landscapes and market dynamics to shape effective business development strategies.
  •  Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  •  Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  •  Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
  •  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  •  Leverage your professional network to generate leads and business opportunities.
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and affiliates.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate/Partnerships Manager in a related industry (finance, fintech, or technology), with a successful track record of generating business in international or European markets.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required.
  •  Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  •  Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  •  Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  •  Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus).
