Job Description
- Conduct refresher & mini trainings sessions for internal and external boutiques, either in-person or virtually, ensuring sessions are engaging and tailored to the participants’ learning styles.
- Regular boutique observations and provide coaching to help boutique team members to apply new skills and knowledge to their roles. (e.g. selling ceremony etc)
- Work closely with the Training Manager to monitor and assess the success of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the Training Manager on the progress of training initiatives, including timelines, participant attendance and completion rates.
- Maintain training records of internal employee training, certifications, and development progress.
- Provide administrative and logistic support in the planning, preparations and executions of training or workshops.
- Follow up on Quality Visit implementation in the boutiques.
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for boutique new hire onboarding
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that new hires receive the necessary information and learning resources.
- Ensure that required e-learning topics and/ or mandatory trainings are completed during their onboarding period.
- Monitor the onboarding progress of the new hires to ensure that they are integrating well and be the go-to-person to address any concerns or questions.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of retail training experience, preferably for a luxury brand.
- Minimum diploma in retail management, Sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong in presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong communication skills to deliver training.
- Good in MS office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SEA business operations is an advantage.
- Ability to read and speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Able to work in a rapid and dynamic environment.

- Master the coaching relationship with the boutique managers and sales teams.
