Laderach Chocolatier Suisse NA, is hiring an Ecommerce Logistics Fulfillment Associate in Northlake, TX. This position will support the continuous operations of our marketplace business to ensure team KPI’s, project deliverables met & proper workflow.

The Ecommerce Logistics Fulfillment Associate position is perfect for an individual interested in working within a fast growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize various OS & ERP systems
Oversee management of inventory and replenishment
Reconcile Customer Tickets in a timely manner
Track inventory discrepancies & coordinate solutions
Document key processes & discrepancies to ensure continuity & performance
Additional cross-functional operational duties as assigned by Management
Adhering to Laderach company Values & Beliefs

Requirements

Proficiency with tools such as, but not limited to Microsoft office suite, Outlook, Zoom
Ability to handle competing task, Communicate effectively
Willing to learn and take on new challenges
Comfortable proposing new ideas to drive efficiency, conversion
Adaptable, positive, curious, self-motivated, and solution orientated
Daytime Availability for up to 5 shifts a week including Weekends during season. Shifts could be as early as 7am and late as 6pm. 15-40 hours a week possible
experience in Ecommerce, Logistics, or related fields pref.
Possesses ownership attitude, strong sense of quality work & time management
Food Safe/Handlers Certification is a Plus
Detail & organization Oriented
Must be able to lift upwards of 40lbs
