Job Description :

Hi Team, We are looking for a resource having experience bracket of 8-10 years.

Candidate should be comfortable to speak Cantonese language for communication.

Must Have: GCP, Python, FastAPI, Observability tools.

Please go through the below JD:

- Business trips to Hong Kong can be arranged as per customer needs.

- Expected to work with global Team and Client team for a GenAI chatbot project and a data analytics & machine learning project.

- Experience with GCP infra, logging and observability tools: For chatbots: CloudRun, CloudBuild, AlloyDB, Redis For ML: Composer, BigQuery, Dataproc, VertexAI workbench

- Experience with Python code, e.g., FastAPI, Langgraph

- Experience in analysing errors, tracing and logging methods

- Experience in operating Remedy (IT support tool) a plus

- Experience with JIRA a plus

- Experience with documentating processes, errors and preparing resolution reports a plus.

- Prefer to be based in HK, can speak Cantonese
