Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team for a 1-year fixed term parental leave cover. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our customer and sales administration — supporting Account Managers, managing general account queries, maintaining data integrity in our CRM, and helping drive new business opportunities.

You’ll also produce customer reporting, assist with rate reviews, manage onboarding for new clients, and ensure all sales enquiries are handled efficiently.

The attributes of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Support sales reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and customer account admin
• Handle and triage inbound sales enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and support rate reviews
• Assist with RFPs, proposals, and presentations
• Support onboarding of new clients and set up account documentation
• Provide backup for Account Managers and Customer Support/Claims roles
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and innovation

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience in sales administration or customer support
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person
• Experience working with customer databases or CRM systems

Bonus points if you are familiar with transport, logistics, or B2B service environments
