We’re looking for a Senior Talent & Leadership Manager to join our newly expanded Group Talent team. This is a brand-new role – giving you the unique opportunity to shape and scale talent strategies from scratch, build leadership capability, and leave a lasting impact across a growing business.

Job Description

Valeo Foods Group is on a major growth journey, with the ambition to double our sales in the next five years. To make that happen, our VFG OneIT team is transforming how IT Service & Support works across the business — moving from localised support to a streamlined, global model. This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Senior Support Technician to play a key role in delivering a first-class IT service for our UK, Ireland and HQ teams. You’ll be part of a small, focused team that keeps our people working efficiently, solves issues quickly, and drives improvements that make a real difference to the end-user experience.

This is more than “keeping the lights on” — you’ll help shape how service & support runs, create and improve processes, track performance, and work closely with other IT domains to make sure we’re always moving forward. You’ll also be a key player in IT security implementation and incident response, helping protect our systems and enable our users to work securely.

Qualifications

You’Ll Be Someone Who:

• Has significant IT service & support experience (ideally ITIL-based)
• Knows what great looks like when it comes to processes, KPIs and user communication
• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment — and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Can build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Is motivated by continuous improvement and finding ways to work smarter
• Ideally brings experience from a PE-owned or high-growth environment (advantage, not essential)

This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work from home, but with some travel to support our teams in the UK and Ireland. You won’t have line management responsibilities, but you will support and work closely with our colleagues in Ireland, sharing knowledge and ensuring consistency in how we deliver great service.
