 A day in the life: 

Keep the energy high and the vibes positive as you lead the charge in our Accounts Receivable team! Your mission: rocket through collections and cash receipts processes with precision and flair. You'll be the maestro ensuring invoices are paid on time, escalating any challenges to the big leagues when needed, and making sure cash receipts are harmonized with our rock-solid procedures. Your main gig? Supervise the daily hustle of the collections and cash receipts crew, collaborate across departments to tackle any open items, and steer exciting AR projects to success!

 The impact you'll make:

  • Primary duties include close supervision of the day-to-day operations of the collections and cash receipts staff, working cross-functionally to resolve open items and management of AR projects.
  • Participate, release orders according to limits of authority and provide status of customer accounts, as needed to Management. Escalation of collection issues to Accounting Management, according to escalation policy. Coordinate and host meetings with customers and various internal employees to expedite collection of unpaid invoices. Review credit limits and recommend changes, as well.
  • Prepare various AR monthly reports, including days sales outstanding (DSO), AR general ledger account reconciliations, and other analytics, as needed. Update Power BI, including running reports from SAP and other external sources, as needed. Reviewing cash receipts postings to verify tie to bank account statement, including the accuracy of bank deposits. Ad hoc projects.as needed.
  • General supervision of the Collections and Cash receipts staff, including determining individual & departmental goals, assessing & prioritizing workload, & setting deadlines. Evaluating processes and implementation of changes for more efficiency. Ensure timely update of department standard operating procedures (SOPs) and review for accuracy.

 Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivables
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in managing a team, supervising others
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate experience in Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook required, experience with SharePoint, OneNote, Power BI a plus). Experience in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • Central Component (ECC) or S/4 preferred, but similar ERP system accepted.
  • Preferred Certifications: N/A
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Attention to detail and understanding Collection issues.
  • Obtaining revenues on behalf of the company and ensuring timely payment of debts owed.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated salary range of $68,640 - $74,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
