Key Responsibilities

• Conduct infrastructure and security audits to inform solution architecture.
• Implement Microsoft Intune for MDM across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
• Deploy Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR) and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM).
• Implement Zero Trust security policies, DLP, and RBAC using Azure AD.
• Provision and secure Microsoft 365 Copilot and integrate with existing tools.
• Automate device provisioning, license management, and support workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide documentation, training, and handover to internal IT teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft-based cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects.
• Deep expertise in:
• Experience setting up and operating SOC environments.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and DLP policies.
• Familiarity with automation tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice).
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Microsoft Intune (MDM)

• Azure AD Conditional Access & RBAC
• Microsoft 365 Copilot provisioning

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Experience working with hybrid environments and BYOD policies
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot

Engagement Details

• Duration: 6–9 months (phased delivery)
• Remote delivery with regular virtual check-ins
• Flexibility to work Australian business hours
• Must be able to work independently and deliver to milestones
