Job Description
We are looking for an HR Systems & Organizational Development Specialist to join our HR team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will support and improve HR processes across EMEA region by using technology, automation, and data to drive smarter ways of working. Your focus will be on enhancing HR systems and tools, automating workflows, and supporting people development initiatives that help the organization grow.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems, Data & Automation
Analyze HR activities and processes to identify opportunities for automation and system-based support
Maintain and improve HR systems platforms, ensuring data quality and consistency across EMEA
Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders
Use tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience
Visualize and communicate HR data effectively for different audiences
Organizational Development
Support L&D and organizational development projects across the region
Assist in organizing training programs, building internal knowledge-sharing platforms, and documenting best practices
Help implement people development initiatives and change programs aligned with strategic HR goals
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to systems, automation, or reporting
Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 apps, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and SharePoint
Experience with HRIS platforms
Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus
Analytical thinker with a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an interest in improving how HR works
