AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that automate internal business processes and boost employee productivity.
• Build solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, Power Platform, OpenAI APIs, and other LLM/automation technologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI and automation.
• Translate user needs into scalable, secure, and intuitive AI-driven tools and solutions.
• Stay current on emerging AI research and tools and assess their applicability to internal challenges.
• Ensure solutions meet data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Create documentation and training materials to support tool adoption and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 2+ years Strong experience in building AI/ML-powered applications or intelligent automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages commonly used in AI solution development.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar cloud-based AI services
