What you’ll do

�� Ready to build the next generation of enterprise UX? As a UX Foundation Developer, you’ll architect and build advanced user interface systems that revolutionize how 440,000+ customers experience enterprise software. You’ll ensure customers, partners, and users get the benefits of a consistent, innovative user experience across all their touchpoints with the SAP ecosystem, while being part of Ho Chi Minh City’s most exciting tech opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities

Advanced Technical Development:

Build sophisticated user experiences with complex state management and design system architectures that scale across SAP’s entire ecosystem. You’ll integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into user experiences, develop micro-frontend architectures for scalable applications, and create cloud-native solutions that solve complex customer problems. Your technical expertise will directly impact millions of users worldwide! ��

Technical Leadership and Innovation:

Drive architecture decisions for components used by millions and collaborate with colleagues around the world to identify innovative solutions to customer challenges. You’ll experiment with AI and emerging technologies, lead feature development from concept to global deployment, and contribute to experimental projects that improve user experiences across the SAP ecosystem. ��

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, product managers, and senior developers across global teams to ensure consistent user experiences. You’ll mentor junior developers, participate in technical discussions that shape product direction, and collaborate on international projects that directly impact customer satisfaction. Lead code reviews and maintain high quality standards while fostering team growth.

What you bring

Core Technical Skills: -

2-5 years of professional frontend development experience - Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript with modern ES6+ features - React, Vue, or Angular with deep framework knowledge - Node.js development experience - GraphQL/REST API design and integration - Testing frameworks (Jest etc.) - CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Specialized Experience: -

�� Design Systems: Building and maintaining component libraries - �� AI Integration: Working with modern AI tools and frameworks - ☁️ Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP experience - �� Cross-platform development experience

Leadership & Collaboration: -

Technical mentorship experience with junior developers - Project management skills for leading feature development - Cross-cultural communication skills for global team collaboration - Performance optimization experience with large-scale applications - Code review excellence and quality standards maintenance
