HOLT CAT, the largest Caterpillar heavy equipment dealership in the United States, is hiring a full-time Parts Counter Sales Representative at our Anna, Texas location, located at 451 E. Outer Loop Road, Anna, TX 75409. This position is responsible for assisting customers in a timely and professional manner while accurately processing parts transactions. Strong communication and collaboration skills required. A valid driver's license is also required. Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:

This position requires a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person with good phone and people skills.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required. Parts Sales Counter experience is preferred
Knowledge of industry is preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
Must be proficient with computers. Experience with a computerized parts management system is highly desired.
Must be able to hours of the position which are 7 AM – 4 PM – Monday – Friday.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail.
Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks promptly.
