Opportunity:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team with invoice processing, payment execution, and ledger reconciliation. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Process and verify incoming invoices from suppliers and vendors.
Execute outgoing payments and accurately record accounts payable data.
Support account reconciliations to ensure all bills and payments are properly posted.
Assist with expense reimbursements and vendor communications under supervision.
Follow financial procedures and support compliance with GAAP and internal standards.
Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis for financial discrepancies.

Your Contributions:

2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent on-the-job training.
Understanding of basic financial processes and regulatory standards.
Willingness to learn financial systems, quality procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Interest in developing financial acumen and understanding the broader impact of finance on business performance.
