The role will develop and implement marketing activities and value-added services for driving strategic partnerships to strengthen customer propositions. This role requires a sound experience in marketing campaigns, strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in partnership management.Job Responsibilities:
Manage strategic partnerships with external value-added service providers to deepen customer engagement and enrich our propositions. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships.
Work closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to develop and execute joint marketing and business development initiatives.
Be the focal point to manage marketing platforms related to partnership offers. This includes facilitating frontline customer engagement opportunities, overseeing partner solicitation, developing offer materials and customer journeys, monitoring and reporting internal and external feedback, and handling inquiries.
Define metrics to track progress and success, analyze data and present detailed reports to enhance partnership offers and customer journeys.
Manage budgets for segment initiatives and partnership activities.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing/Business or related disciplines
6+ years of working experience in Marketing (preferably from financial institution)
Team player with a self-motivated mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-rounded experience in partnership development, marketing promotions and segment management
Excellent in content development and customer communications
Experience in managing different stakeholders (internal and external)
Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken
