Job Description

• Support the compliant fullfilment and submission of change control procedure
• Maintain document management system to ensure compliance to internal standards
• Provid support for document-related tasks
• Support update of department-related procedures
• Participation in projects within QM/RA
• Participation as Co-Auditor in internal audits
• Support during external audits
• Support audit management documentation within CAQ system
• Prepare/create reports on findings and statistics to Line Manager
• Prepare/create customer questionnaires and documentation as handed over

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience within quality management
• Previous experience in document management or in a similar role beneficial
• Eidgenössischse Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) with further education in the field of quality management, technology or comparable
• German: mother tongue or fluent in spoken and written, English: B1 level or higher
