As a Director for our Microsoft Services team you are responsible for executive level and sensitive communication with clients as well as oversight of multiple projects and project teams. You will participate with the enVista sales executives in conducting site visits, RFP responses, and preparation of statements of work (SOWs) as well as attend all required leadership meetings and participate in recruiting needs. As a Director or Microsoft Services, you will manage multiple D365 implementation projects as well as provide subject matter expertise for new technologies and strategies that will continue to elevate our Microsoft team.

What you will do:
- Manage client relationships, practice area financials, related resources, and activities for up to $10 million financial plan
- Responsible for managing project scope, budget, schedules, resources, quality of deliverables as well as identify and mitigate project risks
- Participate in the pre-sales process. Tasks may include estimate scope and effort, provide inputs to statements of work, and co-lead presentations to prospects
- Build an independent opinion of client’s needs, problems or billable opportunities using knowledge of organization, competition, and market conditions. Recommend alternate approaches to clients where appropriate.
- Act as a mentor for cross-skilled D365 teams to design, build and drive adoption of Microsoft Dynamics platforms to achieve clients' objectives, providing guidance and oversight where needed
- Responsible for executive level communication with clients regarding project progress, concerns, and issues
- Provide D365 subject matter expertise to enVista sales staff in pursuing client opportunities from inception to closure
- Lead internal department initiatives and leverage broader team through delegation to ensure initiatives and objectives are met
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, accounting or similar degrees
- 10+ years of delivering consulting solutions in ERP environments; experience in Microsoft D365 is strongly preferred, especially backgrounds in Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance or Operations
- 5+ years of working with and leading consulting projects and consulting management experience with financial and managerial responsibilities
- Experience within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing and Wholesale, industries experience highly desired
- Demonstrated experience working with ERP and other implementation methodology and program management techniques
- Dynamics 365 certifications highly desired
- D365 Power Platform implementation experience preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level
- Proficient in using sales and negotiation techniques and tools
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Expected travel of 25-50% annually
- Candidates may be remote in the contiguous US, access to major airport(s) for travel
