What will you be doing?

This role supports the Haleon HQ Sales Strategy group within Circana’s CPG-Client Insights organization. Haleon is a global consumer healthcare leader with brands like Advil, Sensodyne, Tums, and Centrum.

You’ll partner closely with Haleon Sales leaders, including managers, directors, and the VP of Sales Strategy, and report to a Circana Client Insights Leader who provides coaching, training, and integration with consultants supporting Haleon’s Marketing teams.

Your main focus will be leveraging syndicated POS data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and deliver strategic recommendations across the Haleon portfolio and with retail partners.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, collaboration, and client management skills. They should have advanced analytical capabilities using POS data (panel data experience is a plus) and be comfortable translating data into compelling, actionable stories. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data (Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ) tools is essential.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Support & Collaboration

  • Serve as the day-to-day partner to Haleon Sales team members; build trusted relationships with leaders across Sales Strategy.

  • Partner closely with CatDev Directors/Managers and provide periodic updates to the VP of Sales Strategy.

  • Collaborate with internal Circana marketing consultants to align insights and amplify strategic impact.

Analytics & Insight Development

  • Analyze syndicated POS data to develop compelling, actionable insights and growth opportunities.

  • Use tools such as Circana’s UNIFY platform, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver data-driven recommendations.

  • Translate complex data into meaningful, strategic narratives tailored to the business needs of Haleon and retail partners.

Client Consulting & Communication

  • Act as a strategic consultant, uncovering business questions and proactively identifying solutions.

  • Deliver insights with clarity and polish in presentations and written communication.

  • Bridge communication between the Sales function and other internal/external stakeholders.

Project & Relationship Management

  • Manage multiple priorities and workstreams while maintaining a strong client service mindset.

  • Communicate proactively with Haleon and Circana teams, seeking feedback and ensuring alignment.

  • Maintain structured, organized approaches to managing content deliverables and meeting timelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with syndicated POS data utilizing Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ tools 

  • Background in sales and/or marketing within a top-tier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or comparable data-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and analysis into compelling, business-relevant insights.

  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data tools like Unify.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Consultative, solution-oriented approach to client and team interactions.

  • Comfortable with a hybrid work model, including occasional in-person collaboration (2–3x/month if within driving distance)

Location: Hybrid - Warren, NJ, preferably once per week - may have flexibility for 2-3x/month if within reasonable travel distance. 

The range below reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000. 

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
