As a key player in the Talent Acquisition team, the Onboarding & Operations Coordinator will support the recruiting process, and ensure that new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success from day one. You’ll maintain operational oversight of systems used by the talent acquisition team and bridge the gap between recruitment and the employee experience, managing all facets of the onboarding process with professionalism and precision for both the experienced/lateral and campus recruitment teams, globally.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Maintain compliance with documentation and internal policies, including gathering and managing candidate information for CRDs (Central Registration Depository), applications, disclosures, and reference checks. Track all necessary forms for completion. Process all background checks through designated vendor; if necessary, manage pre/post-adverse action process.
- Own onboarding communications. Send appropriate onboarding notifications internally regarding upcoming new hires. Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during pre-boarding and onboarding, sending communications, answering logistical questions and responding to issues.
- Maintain contact with the talent acquisition team throughout the hiring process to keep recruiters apprised of candidate’s journey in the onboarding lifecycle.
- Coordinate and execute seamless talent acquisition onboarding processes and logistics for all new hires across the firm.
- Maintain operational oversight of systems used by the talent acquisition team and track completion of onboarding tasks and escalate delays as needed.
- Continuously optimize onboarding workflows based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Support Campus recruiting during the busy season with managing and tracking of referrals and scheduling in Greenhouse and Yello.
- Additional responsibilities, as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in a support function within the professional services industry preferred.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with Workday, Greenhouse and Yello preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and First Advantage/Sterling a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- PowerBI knowledge strongly preferred.
- Ability to quickly understanding recruiting process, practices and environment.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity; proven team player.
- Willingness to adapt to change.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with managers and candidates.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of staffing operating procedures, guidelines and legal requirements as they apply to Compliance in employment practices and applicant tracking.
- Possess a proactive approach to accomplishing work, executes consistent follow-up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet changing business needs.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently; strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present ideas and programs in front of small and large groups.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position.
This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.

Salary Range$60,200—$75,000 USD
