Job Description
- Work directly with the CEO and executive team to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define key product goals, vision, and roadmaps aligned with the company’s vision and growth.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends to optimize product offerings.
- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO’s office and product development teams, ensuring that all product initiatives align with company strategy and are progressing smoothly.
- Work with marketing, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure products meet market demands and customer needs.
- Prepare high-level presentations and reports for board meetings, investor updates, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand trends, identify opportunities, and refine product strategies.
- Evaluate new market opportunities and innovations to drive product development and business growth.
- Encourage a collaborative and innovative product development culture across the organization.
- Lead high-priority product initiatives as directed by the CEO, including mergers and acquisitions, new market expansions, or partnerships.
- Drive product-centric operational efficiency and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Project Management, business analysis, or related roles, including work with product management teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
