We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions team as a M&A Junior Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end M&A exposure within a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.
This is a full time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street - London office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. This role is a hybrid position, working four days in the office with the option to work from home one day a week.
The role offers a salary ranging between £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
What the role involves;
- Analyse historical financials and performance metrics of potential acquisition targets
- Build and maintain financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts
- Prepare concise, data-driven investment papers and summaries for senior stakeholders
- Assist in managing the deal pipeline and tracking progress through each deal stage
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external advisors during due diligence
- Help monitor post-deal performance and assist with integration analysis

We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), actively studying toward full qualification
- 1–2 years' experience in corporate finance, M&A, audit, transaction services, or FP&A
- Solid financial modelling and Excel skills; experience working with large data sets
- Strong understanding of financial statements and commercial performance drivers
- High attention to detail, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and concisely
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience or interest in property services, real estate, or professional services is advantageous
