We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Technology Analyst to join our team at GYG. In this dynamic and impactful role, you’ll be at the forefront of analysing, designing, and implementing enterprise systems that power our restaurant operations and business processes.

As a key member of the team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise systems, automate workflows, and ensure technology is aligned with our fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and define system objectives, specifications, and documentation.
Assess current restaurant technology systems and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Design, develop, and implement integrated enterprise solutions in collaboration with IT, Operations, and other functional teams.
Troubleshoot system issues, ensure uptime and reliability, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements.
Lead and participate in system testing to ensure functionality, performance, and data integrity.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of technology tools across all restaurant locations.
Monitor system performance, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience in a Restaurant Technology Analyst, IT Support, or similar role
Strong knowledge of restaurant systems (POS, menuboards, payments, inventory)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Clear, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL (preferred)
High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to join a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues
