We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and professional responses

• Manage client accounts, monitor project timelines, and support campaign execution

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met accurately and efficiently

• Resolve client issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and ensure overall client satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, and updates

• Assist with onboarding new clients and preparing presentations or reports as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM platforms

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a team-oriented mindset
