Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating public relations activities, preparing media materials, maintaining relationships with media contacts, and supporting the team in enhancing the company's public image and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of PR campaigns and strategies.
Draft press releases, newsletters, media pitches, and other communication materials.
Support in organizing press conferences, interviews, and promotional events.
Monitor media coverage and maintain a database of media contacts and coverage reports.
Assist in responding to media inquiries and coordinating interviews with company representatives.
Maintain and update press kits and marketing collateral.
Support the PR team in administrative tasks and daily operations.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Basic knowledge of media relations and PR practices.
