We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to grow the business. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention

  • Understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services

  • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly

  • Attend meetings, presentations, and briefings as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles (sales, account management, or customer service)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
