We are seeking a driven and motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role plays a key part in supporting our leadership programs, developing training content, and working closely with emerging leaders to cultivate the next generation of high-impact professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team development activities

• Analyze feedback and performance data to improve leadership strategies

• Partner with internal teams to align leadership initiatives with company goals

• Provide support and coaching to participants in the development pipeline

• Maintain documentation and track progress of leadership initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR preferred

• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of learning platforms is a plus

• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for people development
